Biography

Raphael Declercq is the CEO of PowerFlex, a leader in intelligent solar, energy storage, and EV charging solutions for commercial and industrial clients. Under his leadership, PowerFlex, an EDF Renewables affiliate, has become one of the largest commercial solar developers in the U.S., with over 400 megawatts deployed and around 10,000 EV chargers in operation.

Raphael also played a key role in managing strategy, mergers, and acquisitions at EDF Renewables, overseeing transactions totaling over $3 billion. Prior to his U.S. role, he worked in Paris and was a strategy consultant at McKinsey & Company.
