BIOGRAPHY

Mark Lauby is the NERC Fellow and Chief Engineer at the North American Electric Reliability Corporation, where he leads engineering strategy and the development of bulk power system reliability standards. With more than four decades in the energy industry, he has held senior leadership roles advancing reliability assessments and performance analysis across North America.

Mark’s career includes extensive contributions to grid reliability research, IEEE leadership, and service on advisory boards for the U.S. Department of Energy and the National Academy of Engineering.
