BIOGRAPHY

Kailin Graham is an Energy Associate at The Brattle Group, where he supports clients on regulatory, policy, and planning matters related to the energy transition. His recent work focuses on how distributed energy resources and virtual power plants can benefit both the bulk power system and distribution grid, and how planning processes can be modernized to integrate these resources effectively.

Kailin previously served as a researcher at MIT's Center for Energy and Environmental Policy Research and led the energy flexibility policy workstream at the Association for Decentralised Energy in the United Kingdom.
